Also, it features a large open concept, open kitchen, eight bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, two dining areas, two living areas, custom bar, and a game room. Please note that guests do not have use of the boat lifts or jet ski ramps but do have a dock to use. The marina is right around the bend for boat storage and launch if needed. WIFI is available in this home.

This home comes equipped with all the necessities. Your bath and bed linens are provided, and the kitchen comes equipped with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, blender, coffee maker and a starter supply of hand and dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent.

Horseshoe Bay has something for everyone! The easy access to the lake provides a convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and other water sports. Is golf your game of choice? If so, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius. This private home is a great home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With abundant opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops. Explore caverns, hike and bike the numerous state parks nearby, or simply grab some of the legendary pie at the famous Bluebonnet Café.  If you like live music, you won’t be disappointed with the choice of nightlife in eclectic downtown Marble Falls. Austin, the live music capital of the world, is only 45 minutes away! Other nearby cities, each with their own set of attractions and delicious foods, include Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and San Antonio.
